硬膜外术后镇痛应用曲马多复合液的临床效果

目的：比较术后经硬膜外应用曲马多病人自控镇痛[PCA]的临床效果和安全性。方法：120例妇产科手术病人随机分成经硬膜外曲马多病人自控镇痛（PCEA）组和肌注曲马多（MI）组，每组60例，PCEA组曲马多负荷量为1mg/kg,PCA药物为曲马多600mg 0.5％布比卡因20ml＋氟哌啶5mg＋0．9％生理盐水至100ml，持续注速2ml/h，单次PCA剂量0.5ml，锁定时间20min。术后定时进行镇痛，24小时曲马多用量，患者满意度及不良反应的观察比较。观察，PCEA组术后镇痛满意度在90％以上，不良反应少，镇痛过程生命体征平稳，结论，曲马多用于术后镇痛安全有效。

A clinical study of patient-controlled analgesis with epidural tramadol

Objective TO Study the effecacy and safety of patient-controlled analgesia with epidural tramadol.Methods 120 patients undergoing gynopathy and pregnancy operaion were randomly allocated to patient-conrolled epidural analgesia(PCEA)group or received tramadol(MI) group(n=60).The PCA solution consists of tramadol 600mg,dropiridol 10mg,0.5% bupicaine 20ml and NS74ml.Loading dose of tramadol was 1mg/kg,and background inusion 2ml/h,bolus 0.5ml,lockout time 20min.The severity of pain,total dosage of tramadol used in 24h,patient's satisfaition,inccidence of nausea and vomiting were assessed.Results The patient's satisfaition of PCEA was over 90%.Conclusions PCEA with tramadol for postoperative pain relief is efficent and safe.
