Forniceal rupture secondary to ureterocele and increased urine flow |

| Abstract: | A case of a simple ureterocele presenting with spontaneous forniceal rupture is described. Rupture followed hypophysectomy for Cushing's disease and high urine outflow. This presentation has not been reported previously. |
