摘 要: | 目的:了解视觉运动整合能力发育测验(VMI)在听力残障儿童中的应用价值,为基层提供一种简便有效的智能筛查工具。方法:按最新修订的第4版VMI指导手册对566例聋童进行测验,同时检验其信度、效度,并从脑电功率角度阐明视觉运动整合发育的基础。结果:建立了聋童VMI测验的区域性常模。VMI测验的信度平均为0.92(0.63~0.99),与希内学习能力、韦氏操作量表、瑞渐进测验的相关系数分别为0.6610,0.3576,0.5174。视觉运动整合能力发育好的聋童在左侧半球多个区域(中央、顶、枕区)的多个频段(8,0,α1,总功率)脑电绝对功率值高于视觉运动整合能力差的聋童。结论:VMI测验有效地反映学龄期聋童的认知发育水平和大脑视觉运动整合中枢的脑电活动水平。

Significance of visual-motor integration developmental test in hearing-impaired children |

Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the practical value of the developmental test of visual motor integration (VMI) for hearing impaired children and hopefully to provide a convenient and effective screening scale of intelligence. METHODS: The VMI test was performed in 566 hearing impaired children in accordance with the Manual Book for VMI (Berry, version 4.0) and its reliability and validity were tested. The developmental basis of visual motor integration was explored from the aspect of absolute brain wave power spectrum. RESULTS: The regional norm of the VMI test was established. Reliability of the VMI test averaged 0.92 (from 0.63 to 0.99 ) and its correlation coefficient with Hiskey Nebraska test of learning aptitude, WISC performance scale and Raven's test was 0.6610, 0.3576 and 0.5174, respectively. Compared with hearing impaired children with lower VMI scores, those with higher VMI scores showed higher absolute power spectrum in many bands (delta, theta, alpha1 bands and total power) in several regions of the left hemisphere (central, parietal and occipital regions), especially from the occipital region. CONCLUSION: As a screening scale, the VMI test reflects the development of visual motor integration and cognition in hearing impaired school aged children as well as the status of neural reaction in the cerebral visual motor integration center. |
