蜈蚣油联和水胶体糊剂治疗外伤性皮下血肿的疗效探讨

目的探讨中药蜈蚣油联和湿性敷料水胶体糊剂治疗外伤性皮下血肿的疗效。方法将120例外伤性皮下血肿患者随机分为3组,观察组予以蜈蚣油联和水胶体糊剂外敷治疗,对照组1予以蜈蚣油外敷治疗,对照组2予以水胶体糊剂外敷治疗。评价3组治疗效果并进行数据统计。结果水胶体糊剂联用蜈蚣油治疗外伤性皮下血肿总有效率为100%,对照组1总有效率为63.3%,对照组2总有效率为73.3%。3组比较,疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论水胶体糊剂联用蜈蚣油治疗外伤性皮下血肿较单用水胶体糊剂或蜈蚣油,具有快速消除肿胀、疼痛、局部压痛等症状,促进血肿的吸收,恢复局部活动度的作用。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Centipede Oil Combined with Duo-DERM Hydroactive Paste in the Treatment of Traumatic Subcutaneous Hematoma

Objective To observe the curative effect of centipede oil combined with wet dressing DuoDERM Hydroactive paste in the treatment of traumatic subcutaneous hematoma. Methods 120 patients with traumatic subcutaneous hematoma were randomly divided into 3 groups, the observation group was given external application of centipede oil and wet dressing DuoDERM Hydroactive paste topical treatment, the control group 1 was given the external application of centipede oil treatment, the control group 2 was given external application of wet dressing DuoDERM Hydroactive paste treatment. The treatment effect of the three groups was evaluated and the data were counted. Results The total effective rate of wet dressing DuoDERM Hydroactive paste combined with centipede oil was 100%, while that of control group 1 was 63.3%, that of control group 2 was 73.3%, the difference in treatment effect between the 3 groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with simple DuoDERM Hydroactive paste or centipede oil, wet dressing DuoDERM Hydroactive paste combined with centipede oil for the treatment of traumatic subcuta- neous hematoma can eliminate the symptoms such as swelling, pain, local tenderness and so on, promote the absorption of the hematoma and recover local activity.
