宫颈锥切术对阴道镜检查临床应用的评价

目的探讨宫颈锥切术对阴道镜检查的临床应用效果。方法选取该院妇产科自2008年1月—2014年1月期间收治的284例行阴道镜检查的患者进行分析研究,对所有患者进行阴道镜检查后,再对患者进行宫颈锥切术,并将取出物进行病检,对比2种方式的检测结果。结果宫颈锥切术病理诊断准确率达到97.89%,阴道镜病理诊断准确率为87.68%,宫颈锥切术病理诊断准确率明显高于阴道镜病理诊断结果,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。宫颈锥切术对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断准确率达到96%,阴道镜检查诊断准确率为89.33%,宫颈锥切术对宫颈上皮内瘤变的诊断效果明显高于阴道镜检查,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用宫颈锥切术配合阴道镜进行宫颈疾病的检查,能有效提高诊断效率,提高诊断准确性,值得临床推广应用。

The Cervical Cone Cut Method to the Colposcope Examination of Clinical Application and Evaluation

Objective To study the cervical cone cut method the clinical application effect of colposcope examination. Methods 284 cases underwent colposcopy examination in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2008 to January 2014 were selected and analyzed and studied. After the colposeopy examination, the cervical cone cut method was performed in all the patients. And the extract was detected. The results of the two detection methods were compared. Results The pathological diagnosis accuracy rate of the cervical cone cut method reached 97.89%, and that of colposcopy examination was 87.68%, the pathological diagnosis accuracy rate of the cervical cone cut method was significantly higher than that of the colposcopy examination, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The accuracy rate of the cervical cone cut method for the diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia reached 96%, and that of the colposeopy examination was 89.33%, the diagnostic efficacy of the cervical cone cut method for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia was obviously higher than that of the colposcopy examination, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The cervical cone cut method combined with eolposcopy for the detection of cervical disease, can effectively improve the efficiency of diagnosis and diagnostic accuracy, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
