性病门诊560例病人宫颈拭子HPV检测结果分析

目的了解宫颈人乳头瘤病毒（Humanpapilomavirus，HPV）基因型的分布状况。方法利用反向杂交技术分别对2005年7月至2007年7月来我院性病门诊就诊的560例HPV可疑感染者进行23种基因亚型检测，其中包括18种高危亚型（HPV16、HPV18、HPV31、HPV33、HPV35、HPV39、HPV45、HPV51、HPV52、HPV53、HPV56、HPV58、HPV59、HPV66、HPV68、HPV73、HPV83、HPV4）及5种低危亚型（HPV6、HPV11、HPV42、HPV43、HPV44）。结果HPV阳性检出率为34．5％（193／560），其中高、低危型检出率分别为21．4％（120／560）、18．6％（104／560），高危型中主要以HPV16、HPV18、HPV58为主，低危型中主要为HPV6、HPV11感染。年龄〈20a、20—29a、30～39a、40～49a、≥50a各年龄组中HPV分别占阳性样本的比例为2.1％、70．5％、21．2％、3．1％、3．1％。结论HPV6、HPV11、HPV16、HPV18、HPV58是HPv感染的主要型别，20～29a为感染的高峰人群，临床应重视子宫病蛮中HPV的筛查。

The analysis of human cervix swab HPV detection of 560 patients in cypridopathy clinic service

Objective To understand the distribution of human papiloma virus （HPV） genotype. Methods Applying reverse hybridization technique to detect the 23 kinds of sub genotypes of 560 patients who are suspicious of infecting HPV between July 2005 and July 2007, which include 18 kinds of high risk subtypes （HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 31, HPV 33, HPV 35, HPV 39, HPV 45, HPV 51, HPV 52, HPV 53, HPV 56, HPV 58, HPV 59, HPV 66, HPV 68, HPV 73, HPV 83, HPV4） and 5 kinds of low risk subtypes （HPV6, HPV 11, HPV 42, HPV 43, HPV 44）. Results HPV positive detection rate is 34.5% （193/560）, and the rate of high and low risk types are 21.4% （120/560）, 18.6%（104/560）, the subtypes in high risk patients are mainly HPV16, HPV18, HPV58, and HPV6, HPV 11 subtypes are the main subtypes in low risk patients. In different age groups of 〈20a, 20N29a, 30N39a, 40-49a, ）50a, the positive rates are 2.1%, 70.5%, 21.2%, 3.1%, 3.1%. Conclusions HPV6, HPV 11, HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 58 are the main subtypes of HPV infection, people between 20a and 29a are the high risk population, and HPV detection should be paid enough attention in metropathia diseases.
