湖州市MSM人群安全套使用的影响因素研究

目的了解影响男男性行为者(MSM)最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时安全套使用的相关因素,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法本次调查的MSM主要为青壮年、未婚、大专以上文化程度及非娱乐场所从业人员,通过湖州地区网络同志QQ群对MSM进行问卷调查,在线收集MSM的艾滋病知识知晓情况、高危性行为、预防服务及艾滋病既往检测情况等相关资料,进行统计分析。结果收集有效调查问卷410份,调查对象最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时安全套使用率为29.76%。多元逐步Logistic回归分析表明,本省户籍、知晓AIDS知识、最近半年同性性伴≥2人、最近一个月与同性发生过肛交性行为的次数≥4次、曾经在网上认识同性性伴并与之发生性行为和曾经做过艾滋病检测的最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时更易使用安全套,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论湖州市MSM最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为时安全套使用率较低,需加强对MSM人群健康教育和行为干预。

A Study on Status of Condom Use and Its Influencing Factors among MSM in Huzhou City

Objective To understand the status of condom use and explore the related influencing factors among MSM. Methods Data were collected by the network MSM QQ group online, surveying with the standard questionnaire, including AIDS related knowledge, high-risk behavior, preventive services and AIDS once detection. Results 410 effective questionnaires were collected from MSM who were young, unmarried, well educated, and non - entertainment employees. The rate of condom use for the recent homosexual anal intercourse was 29. 76%. Multiple logistic regression analysis （step by step） showed that the MSM who had local household registration, a good knowledge of AIDS, 2 or more sex partners in the last six months, 4 or more times of homosexual anal sex last month, anal sex with the gay know by Internet ever before, HIV once test accounted for a higher condom use rate for the recent homosexual anal intercourse with a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion MSM have a low condom use rate for recent homosexual anal intercourse in Huzhou city, which requires the improvement of the health education and behavior intervention.
