益气养阴中药对三维适形放疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌老年患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

目的：探讨益气养阴中药对三维适形放疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）老年患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法：将89例NSCLC患者随机分为三维适形放射治疗加中药组（治疗组）46例和三维适形放射治疗组（对照组）43例。观察放疗副反应及生存质量评分、外周血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8）变化情况。结果：治疗组患者急性放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎等副作用发生率明显降低,2组比较具有显著性差异（P0.05）,治疗后治疗组较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：益气养阴中药对降低三维适形放射治疗老年非小细胞肺癌患者的放射副反应、提高生活质量及机体免疫水平具有一定优势。

Effects of YiQi YangYin Drugs on Life Quality and Immunologic Function in Senile Patients with Local Advanced Non-small-cell Lung Cancer Undergoing Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy

Objective： To explore the effects of YiQi YangYin drugs on life quality and immunologic function in senile patients with local advanced non-small-cell lung cancer（NSCLC） undergoing three dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Method： Eighty-nine patients were randomized into 46 cases in group of radiotherapy and herbs（treatment group） and 43 cases in radiotherapy group（control group）.Adverse effects of radiotherapy,score of life quality,routine analysis of peripheral blood and T lymphocyte subsets（CD3,CD4 and CD8） were observed.Result： Incidences of adverse reactions such as acute radiation pneumonia,radiation esophagitis in patients of treatment group decreased remarkably,comparisons between both groups suggested remarkable difference（P0.01）;the ratio of life quality score in treatment group increasing greater than 15 was higher than that of control group,comparisons of both groups showed notable difference（P0.01）;comparison between both groups demonstrated no significant difference before treating in routine analysis of peripheral blood and T lymphocyte subsets（P0.05）,after treating treatment group was higher than control group significantly and the difference between both groups had statistical meaning（P0.05）.Conclusion： YiQi YangYin drugs appears some definite advantages in lowering adverse reactions in patients with NSCLC undergoing three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,raising life quality and immunity of the body.
