改良电离术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗较大尖锐湿疣观察

摘    要:目的:评价改良电离术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗较大尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将2012年11月至2014年2月在我院门诊确诊的82例较大尖锐湿疣患者随机分为对照组37例和治疗组45例。治疗组采用改良电离术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,对照组采用改良电离术法治疗。术后随访8周,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈率93.33%,复发率19.05%;对照组治愈率83.78%,复发率32.26%。治疗组的治愈率高于对照组,治疗组的复发率低于对照组,均有显著性差异。结论:改良电离术联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗较大尖锐湿疣是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,优于单纯的改良电离术法,值得推广。

Abstract:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the Improved ionization technique combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) in treatment of larger Condyloma Acuminatum 82 cases of patients with larger condyloma acuminatum were divided into control group (37 cases) and treatment group (45 cases),and were followed up 8 weeks after the operation,and were observed their clinical effectiveness There were 93.33% cure rate and 19.05% recurrence rate intreatment group,and 83.78% cure rate and 32.26% recurrence rate in control group The recurrence rate in control group was more than that in treatment group The Improved ionization technique combined with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy in treatment of larger Condyloma Acuminatum is a kind of simple, safe and effective treatment method, is worth promoting
