论新时期疗养院技术的构架和发展趋势

目的探索新时期合理的疗养技术结构，提高疗养院建设发展的活力。方法建立以专病专科疗养为主体，以特色技术为支撑，以疗治结合为方向的疗养技术新构架，完善疗养技术专科化和双向转诊、交叉坐诊、专家巡诊“一专三诊”的技术服务新模式，探索实践健康干预、疾病治疗、病后康复“三位一体”的一体化卫生服务新方法。结果促进了人才队伍和技术、经济效益的快速增长，走出了一条较好的疗养院技术发展之路。结论重构疗养技术结构是实现疗养院建设发展的根本出路。

Tendency of technical construction and development of sanatoriums in a new period

Objective To investigate the technical construction and development of sanatoriums in the new period and improve the convalescent technology. Methods A new technical construction comprised the section-dividing model based on disease system, the special medical technology, and the combined technology of medicine and convalescence. The professional convalescent technology was promoted. The patients and doctors were exchanged between sanatorium and hospital. The united methods of health management, treatment and recovery were practiced. Results We received good results and found it a good way to develop convalescent technology.Conclusion Technology reconstruction is the important way for sanatorium to develop.
