Variabilin对急性胰腺创伤大鼠模型PLA2的抑制效应及保护作用研究

目的研究variabilin在急性胰腺创伤大鼠模型体内抑制PLA2的效应及其保护作用。方法建立急性胰腺创伤大鼠模型，分别设立variabilin给药组（试验组）及生理盐水给药组（对照组），测定其在模型体内抑制血清及组织内PLA活性的效应。另对照给药后72h内各组大鼠一般情况变化、腹腔CT表现、胰腺组织光镜和电镜下病理改变。结果Variabilin在伤后24h胰腺创伤大鼠模型体内即可表现出较强的抑制血清和胰腺细胞内PLA2的作用（P〈0.01），CT扫描显示其可减轻胰腺组织肿胀，光镜和电镜下结果证实其具有保持创伤后胰腺细胞形态完整性、减轻细胞器损伤的作用。结论Variabilin腹腔内应用于急性胰腺创伤大鼠模型，可在体内抑制血清及组织内PLA2的活性，具有良好的创伤保护作用。

Depressive Effect to PLA2 Activity and Protective Effect of Variabilin on Acute Pancreatic Trauma Model in Rat

Objective To investigate the depressive effect to PLA2 activity and protective effect of variabilin on acute pancreatic trauma model in rat.Methods The acute pancreatic trauma model of rat was founded.The rats were divided into variabilin group and control group,the changes of activities of PLA2 in serum and pancreas tissue were measured.Then the changes of general state of health,CT display of abdominal cavity,pathologic appearance of pancreas under light and electron microscope were examined within 72 h after trauma and administration.Results The activities of PLA2 in serum and pancreas tissue were inhibited by variabilin at 24 h after trauma(P < 0.01),the pancreas tissue swell was lessened under CT,and the morphous and organelle of pancreatic cell were protected by variabilin under the light and electron microscope.Conclusion Variabilin can inhibit the activities of PLA2 in serum and pancreas tissue in vivo and has protective function against acute pancreatic trauma in rat by intra-abdominal administration.
