遗传性牙釉质发育不全家系的调查与分析

采用家系调查方法对一牙釉质发育不全患者的家系情况进行了调查 ,并绘制成系谱图进行遗传学分析。结果发现该家系中连续 5代都出现该病患者 ,且患者子女中发病率近 1 /2 ,亦无性别差异 ,其传递方式符合常染色体显性遗传的特点 ;根据患者的临床表现 ,按照Witkop对该类口腔疾病的分类方法 ,该家系的疾病属于遗传性牙釉质发育不全中的第三种类型 ,即遗传性牙釉质矿化不全症

Survey and analysis of genetic system'''' s hereditary enamel maldevelopment

A genetic system's conditions of a patient suffering from enamel maldevelopment were surveyed in the genealogy surveying way.After a table was drawn up about them,the conditions have been analyzed from genetics perspective.The findings prove that such patients appear in the genetic system succeedingly from the first to the fifth generation.The ratio of the patients's children infected with such disease is up to 1/2 and it does not show any sexual distinction.The hereditary way of this phenomenon is in accordance with the characteristic of auto some dominant inheritance.After analyzing the patient's clinical manifestation with Witkop's classification used on oral disease ,the ddisease proves to be caused by hereditary enamel incomplete mineralization.
