大鼠海马缺血再灌注损伤的细胞凋亡电镜及尼莫通的保护作用

摘    要:目的:探讨海马缺血再灌注损伤神经元的死亡方式及尼莫通的保护作用。方法:将实验用SD大鼠15只分为三组,即缺血再灌组、药护组、正常对照组。采用四血管闭塞法制作全脑缺血再灌注动物模型,再灌后48小时取海马,石蜡包埋切片。应用末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法原位检测凋亡细胞。药护组缺血前30分钟腹腔注射尼莫通。结果:在海马CA1、CA4区锥体细胞层可见反应阳性的凋亡细胞,药护组的凋亡细胞数显著少于缺血组。结论:钿胞调亡是迟发性神经元损伤的主要形式,尼莫通能抑制细胞凋亡,对海马缺血再灌注损伤有显著性保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the neurone death way of sea horse isehemia reperfusion injury and the protective function of Nimotop. Methods: Dividing 15 mouses into 3 groups: ischemia reperfusion group; drug treament group and control group. Taking out sea horse after reperfusion for 48 hours for the first group and injecting Nimotop 30 minutes before ischemia for the second group. Results: The quantity of apoptosis in the second group is obviously less than that of the first group. Conclusion: Nimotop can restrain apoptosis effectively which shows significant protective function.
