| 摘 要： | 目的：评价痰热清注射液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的有效性。方法：观察我科住院病人共60例，随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例，治疗组应用痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮钠，对照组单用头孢哌酮钠，10天后观察患者的基本症状、体征变化和综合疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率显著优于对照组。结论：痰热清注射液是治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的有效药物，具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Tanreqing injection in acute episode chronic bronchitis(AECB) patients.Methods: 60 patients with AECB were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with cefoperazone sodium,the other 28 patients in the control group were treated with cefoperazone sodium single.To observe cardinal symptoms,signs and to evaluate comprehensive effect in 10 days.Results: Compared with the control group,the treatment group has a significant advantage in integreted effectiveness.Conclusion: Tanreqing injection is effective in AECB patients. |
