自体脾移植临床研究

目的探讨自体脾组织移植在严重脾损伤患者的应用及临床意义。方法46例严重脾损伤患者行脾切除术,其中26例行自体脾移植为治疗组,20例为对照组。观察血清免疫球蛋白的含量、NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞转换率的变化。结果血清免疫球蛋白的含量两组lgG、lgA和脾移植lgM术前与术后相比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组NK细胞活性和T淋巴细胞转化率比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论自体脾移植术后患者机体免疫功能能维持在正常水平,是保留脾脏功能的有效措施之一。

Clinical study of splenic autotransplantation

Objective To investigate the clinical application of splenic autot ransplantation in treatment of severe splenic injury.Methods splenectomy was app lied in 46 cases with severe splenic injury.Among them,26 cases were treated wit h splenic autotransplantation as the therapeutic group,20 cases with splenectomy as the control group.The Changes of the serum immunoglobulin,activity of natura l killer cell and the transformation rate of T lymphocytes were observed. Result s There were no significant difference of IgG,IgA and IgM between the therapeuti c group and the control group before and after operation(P >0.05).There were r emarkable difference of the activity of the natural Killer cell and the transfor mation rate of T lymphocytes between two groups(P< 0.01).Conclusion The immuno logic function of the patients can maintain the nomal level after splenic autotr ansplantation.It is one of the effective measures to keep the function of spleen .
