| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PET／CT显像在胃癌术前诊断中的临床应用价值。方法18例术前考虑为胃癌的患者行PET／CT全身显像，并将结果与术后病理对照。结果PET／CT考虑为胃癌18例，术后病理结果均为胃癌。PET／CT诊断胃癌准确度100％．灵敏度100％。淋巴结转移灶的准确率为78．4％，淋巴结外远处转移灶的准确率为100％；灵敏度为93.2％，特异性为28．5％。结论PET／CT对胃癌原发灶及远处转移灶的诊断有较高的临床价值，对手术有较大的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT(fluorodeoxyglucose position emission tomography)in diagnosing gastric carcinoma and its metastasis before operation.Methods Taking 18F-FDG PET/CT on 18 suspicions of gastric carcinoma.The results of PET/CT dignosis and the pathology diagnosis after operation were compared.Results 18 diagnosed patients were concluded to suffer from gastric carcinoma by PET/CT,and 18 patients were diagnosed as gastric carcinoma after operation by pathology diagnosis.The accuracy of the diagnoses of gastric carcinoma by PET/CT was 100%,the sensitivity was 100%.As to the metastatic of lymph node the accuracy was 78.4%,metastatic locations the accuracy was 80.8%,sensitivity was 93.2%,specificity was 28.5%.Conclusion PET/CT diagnosis has high clinical value in primary gastric carcinoma and metastasis lesions,and also helpful for guiding the surgery. |
