摘    要:目的建立党参中党参炔苷的含量测定方法,比较两种不同来源党参的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Syncronis C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸(24∶76);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:269nm。结果党参炔苷在0.019~4.836μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.47%,RSD=1.17%(n=5)。应用该方法测得两种不同来源党参中党参炔苷的含量分别为0.33mg·g-1和0.37mg·g-1。结论所建立的方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可以用于党参药材的质量评价。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish the content evaluation method and Compare the quality of two different sources of lobetyolin in Radix Codonopsis. METHODS HPLC was used with chromatographic column: Syncronis C18( 250 ×4.6mm,5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid( 24∶76); flow rate: 1.0mL·min- 1; detection wavelength of 269nm. RESULTS The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 019 ~ 4. 836μg( r = 0. 9999),the average recovery was 100. 47% with RSD of 1. 17%( n = 5). The content of obetyolin in two kinds of different sources Radix Codonopsis were 0. 33mg·g- 1and 0. 37mg·g- 1by this method. CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate and reproducible,can be used for the quality evaluation of Radix Codonopsis.
