| 摘 要： | 目的分析HPLC法测定注射用奥沙利铂含量的测量不确定度,找出影响不确定度的因素。方法通过建立HPLC法测定注射用奥沙利铂的含量的数学模型,分析测量不确定度因素来源,评估其不确定度。结果用HPLC法测定注射用奥沙利铂中奥沙利铂含量的扩展不确定度为U=1.54%（k=2）。结论建立的不确定度评估方法可用于HPLC法测定注射用奥沙利铂的含量的不确定分析。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of Oxaliplatin for injection by HPLC. METHODS A mathematic model for Oxaliplatin uncertainty was established,the factors in fluencing the uncertainty was determined and each component of the uncertainty was assessed. RESULTS The expanded measurement uncertainty U = 1. 54%（ k = 2）. CONCLUSION The established mathematical model of uncertainty measurement is reasonable and reliable. |
