| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定咳喘灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法选用Lichrospher C18色谱柱（250mm ×4.6mm，5μm），以甲醇-0.2％磷酸溶液（11∶89）为流动相，检测波长为210nm，柱温为30℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.011472～0.5736μg范围内线性关系良好，r＝1.00。平均回收率为100.7％，RSD为1.87％。结论该方法准确可靠、精密度高、重现性好，可用于咳喘灵胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Ke-chuanling capsules.METHODS Lichrospher-C18 column （ 250 ×4.6 mm, 5μm ） was used at 30℃, the mobile phase composition was MethanoL^-0.2%Phosphoric acid （11∶89）,the detection wavelength was 210nm.RESULTS ephedrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.011472~0.5736μg,r=1.00.The av-erage recovery was 100.7%,RSD was 1.87%.CONCLUSION The established method is accurate、reliable、high＆amp;nbsp;precision、good repeatability and can be used for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Kechuanling Cap -sules. |
