细胞自噬与肿瘤

自噬在肿瘤形成和发展中的作用目前仍有争议。自噬可在肿瘤起始阶段抑制肿瘤,也可在肿瘤发展阶段保护肿瘤。自噬相关性细胞死亡可以作为肿瘤抑制物,丧失自噬可以引起染色体不稳定和炎症性坏死。反之,自噬能促进肿瘤在应激条件下的生存及转移,对自噬分子调控机制的阐明对于肿瘤的治疗意义重大。

Autophage and tumor

The role of autophage in tumor formation and progression remains controversial. Autophagy can suppress tumor during formation and protect tumor during progression. Autophagy-related cell death may act as a tu-mor inhibitor. Loss of autophagy causes genomic instability and necrosis. However, autophagy can also promote the survive and metastasis of tumor under environmental stress. To elucidate the molecular mechanism of autophagy is crucial for tumor therapy.
