准分子激光角膜屈光术治疗屈光不正的远期疗效研究

目的：探讨准分子激光角膜屈光术治疗屈光不正术后5年的远期疗效。方法：选取于我院行准分子激光屈光性角膜手术（Photorefractivekeratectomy，PRK）治疗的屈光不正患者90例，按术前等值球镜度分为A、B、C三组，三组均行PRK术治疗，术后随访5年，观察三组视力、屈光度、视觉质量的情况。结果：三组5年随访，A、B、C组裸眼视力≥0．5分别为100％、100％、93．3％；三组均未出现1级以上角膜上皮下雾状浑浊（Haze）、继发性圆锥角膜、角膜扩张和视网膜脱离。结论：PRK治疗屈光不正眼疗效确切，其预测性及稳定性与屈光不正度数呈负相关，且远期疗效良好。

Long-term therapeutic effects of photorefractive keratectomy for amertropy

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of photo refractive keratectomy （PRK） on ametropy in five years after the surgery. Methods： According to the severity of preoperative parity ball lens, a total of 90 cases with ametropy admitted in our hospital during Jan 2005 to Feb 2006 were enrolled and divided into group A, B and C. All patients underwent PRK, and 5 years follow-up were conducted to record their eyesight, diopter and visual quality. Results： According to the follow-up data, 100%, 100% and 93.3 patients of group A, B and C showed naked eye visual acuity above 0.5. No corneal epithelium under fog turbidity （Haze） severer than one grade, corneal ectasia or retinal detachment occurred in these patients. Conclusion： PRK treatment shows definite good long-term effects on ametropy, and its predicta- bility and stability negatively correlated with ametropy severity.
