润肤止痒合剂与左旋西替利嗪治疗皮肤瘙痒症临床疗效的对比分析

目的 比较润肤止痒合剂与左旋西替利嗪治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效.方法 以本院2012年3月～2013年5月收治的130例皮肤瘙痒症的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将130例患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予左旋替利嗪片,每日睡前1次,服用4周.观察组给予润肤止痒合剂,1次150mL,早晚2次口服,治疗4周.结果 观察组痊愈例数有19例,显效有16例,有效有10例,无效20例,痊愈率为29.23%;有效率为53.8%;对照组痊愈例数有18例,显效有17例,有效有9例,无效18例,痊愈率为27.69%,有效率50.12%.两组痊愈率相比无显著性差异（χ2=0.234,P＞0.05）;两组有效率相比无显著性差异,χ2=0.431,P＞0.05）;治疗4周后,与治疗前相比,两组积分具有显著性差异（t=2.963,2.786,P＜0.05）.治疗4周后,两组积分组间相比无显著性差异（t=1.012,P＞0.05）.对照组有7例不良反应,发生率为10.7%.观察组有1例出现便秘现象,不良反应发生率为1.5%.观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 润肤止痒合剂治疗皮肤瘙痒症的疗效与左旋西替利嗪相似,副作用小,不良反应较少,临床值得推广使用.

The comparative analysis on clinical efficacy of liquid skin itching and Levocetirizine on the treatment of pruritus

OBJECTIVE To compare effect of the liquid skin itching with Levoeetirizine on the treatment of pru- titus. METHODS From March 2012 to May 2013,130 cases of patients with pruritus in the hospital were treated as the study objectives. According to the random number table, 130 cases were divided into observation group and con- trol group, the control group was given Levocetirizine once daily at bedtime, taking for 4 weeks. The observation group was given liquid skin itching, 150mL one time, twice a day, taking for 4 weeks. RESULTS In the observation group the number of cured cases was 19 cases. The number of markedly effective was 16 cases. The effective was 10 ca- ses. The number of ineffective was 20 cases. The cure rate was 29.23%. The effective rate was 53.8%. In control group,the number of cured cases was 18 cases. The number of markedly effective was in 17 cases. The effective was 9 eases,ineffective in 18 cases,the cure rate was 27.69%. The effective rate was 50. 12%. The cure rate in these two groups had no significant difference （ χ2 = 0. 234, P 〉 0. 05 ） ; The effective rate the two groups had no significant difference （χ2 = 0.431, P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment the integration of the two groups had significant difference （ t = 2. 963,2. 786 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. After 4 weeks, the integration between the two groups showed no significant difference （ t = 1. 012, P 〉 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION liquid skin itching in treating pruritus itching has the similar ef-ficacy with Levocetirizine, but has less side effects,which is worthy to be clinical used.
