| 摘 要： | 目的建立化胃舒颗粒中哈巴俄苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil DOS2C18柱（4.6mm×200mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.03%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL·min-1。结果哈巴俄苷进样量为0.187～2.244μg时,与峰面积值具有良好的线性关系（r=1.0000）,平均加样回收率为101.6%（RSD 1.82%）。结论该方法样品处理简便,重现性好,灵敏度高,可用于化胃舒颗粒内在质量的控制方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a HPLC method for the determination of harpagoside in Huaweishu Granules. METHODS HPLC was performed on an Hypersil DOS2C18（ 4.6mm × 200mm,5μm） with acetonitrile-0. 03% phosphoric acid with a gradient elution program as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0mL·min- 1,210nm as the detection wavelength,the temperature of column was at 30℃. RESULTS Harpagoside showed good relationship at the range of 0. 187 ～ 2. 244μg（ r = 1. 0000）,the average recoveries was 101. 6%（ RSD 1. 82%）. CONCLUSION The results showed that the method is simple,repeatable and high sensitivity,it is suitable for quality control of Huaweishu Granules. |
