中药复方治疗脂肪肝的研究进展综述

目的 随着近年来生活水平改善和生活方式的改变,脂肪肝的发病率不断升高.本文旨在通过阐明脂肪肝病因发病机制,探讨中药复方治疗脂肪肝的效果,从而达到临床防治的目的 ;方法 通过文献研究、专家咨询、总结述评等方法进行分析;结果多种中药可以通过调节血脂、保护肝脏免受脂质过氧化损伤等来达到治疗脂肪肝的目的 ;结论 中药治疗脂肪肝更为有效,适宜长期服用,易被广大患者接受.

The research process of traditional chinese medicine for treating fatty liver

OBJECTIVE With the recent improvement of living standards and changing lifestyles, the incidence of fatty hver is rising. This paper aims to clarify the pathogenesis of fatty liver＇s pathogenesis,explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine＇s treatment of fatty liver, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and treating the fatty liver;METHODS Through literature reviews, experts＇ advice and summary commentary were studied; RESULTS A variety of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve the purpose of treatment of fatty liver by regulating blood lip- ids,protecting the liver from lipid peroxidation and so on;CONCLUSION The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on fatty liver is more effectivesuitable for long-term use and easily accepted by the majority of patients.
