妊娠高血压疾病产妇围生期血液流变学与甲襞微循环的变化

目的：探讨妊娠高血压疾病产妇围生期血液流变学与甲襞微循环的变化情况。方法：选取2012年6月~2013年9月本院收治的38例妊娠高血压疾病患者为观察组，同时期的38例健康产妇为对照组，比较两组产妇临产前及产后l、3、5d血液流变学与甲襞微循环指标。结果：观察组临产前及产后1、3d血液流变学各指标均高于对照组，甲襞微循环各指标均差于对照组，且观察组产后1、3、5d均好于临产前，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05），而两组产后5d差异均无统计学意义（P均〉0．05）。结论：妊娠高血压疾病产妇围生期血液流变学与甲襞微循环指标差于正常产妇，且其呈现持续改善的状态。

Change of hemorheological indexes and nailfold microcirculation of puerperants with hyper- tensive disorder during the perinatal period

Objective： To investigate the change state of hemorheology and nailfold microcircula- tion of puerperants with hypertensive disorder during the perinatal period. Methods：A total of 38 puerper ants with hypertensive disorder from June 2012 to September 2013 were selected as observation group, and 38 healthy puerperants at the same time were as the control group. Hemorheology and nailfold microcircu- lation indexes of two groups before labor and on the lst,3rd and 5th day after labor were compared . Re- suits. The hemorheology indexes of observation group before labor and on the 1stand 3rd day after labor were all higher than those of control group, nailfold microcirculation indexes were all worse than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group on the lst,3rd and 5th day after labor were all better than those before the labor （all P0.05） ,while those indexes of two groups on the 5th day after the laborwas not significant（a[[ P）0.05）. Conclusions .. The hemorheoIogy and nailfold microcirculation of puerper ants with hypertensive disorder during the perinatal period are all worse than those of healthy puerperants, and those indexes show the state of continuous improvement.
