夏枯草醇性成分对高血压大鼠血压的影响研究

摘    要:目的观察夏枯草醇性成分对高血压大鼠血压的影响,为高血压治疗提供新的思路。方法10只自发性高血压大鼠随机分为两组,每组5只:①高血压对照组;⑦夏枯草醇性成分组,每天通过灌胃法分别给予夏枯草醇性成分,每隔一段时间用大鼠尾动脉血压无创测量分析系统测量大鼠动脉收缩压1次,共6次。结果给药后,夏枯草醇性成分组的动脉收缩压与对照组相比显著下降。结论夏枯草醇性成分可以有效降低自发性高血压大鼠的动脉血压.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Prunella vulgaris alcohol component in reducing the blood pressure of the spontaneously hypertensive rats ( SHR ). METHODS The 10 SHR were randomly divided into 2 groups: (1)SHR control group; (2)Prunella vulgaris alcohol component group. Every day every rat's systolic blood pressure(SBP) was measured with the taiL^-cuffmethod. RESULTS After hours,SBP of high dose of Prunella vuL^- garis alcohol component group was reduced significantly compared with control group. CONCLUSION Prunella vulgaris alcohol component can reduce the blood pressure of the spontaneously hypertensive rats significantly.
