盐酸氨溴索与普米克联合治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

目的观察盐酸氨溴索与普米克联合治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选取2012年10月至2013年2月在本院诊治的毛细支气管炎患儿128例,按照随机数字表方法分为两组,每组64例,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以盐酸氨溴索与普米克联合雾化吸入治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、症状改善和住院时间的差异。结果治疗一个疗程后,研究组总有效率为95.31%,高于对照组的75.00%（P〈0.05）;研究组临床症状缓解时间和平均住院时间低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论盐酸氨溴索与普米克联合雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎临床疗效显著,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and pulmicort on bronchiolitis

Objective To observe the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and pulmicort in the treatment of bronchiolitis. Methods Chose 128 cases of children with bronchiolitis from October 2012 to February 2013,which were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each group of 64 cases,and the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and the research group were treated with inhalation therapy of ambroxol combined with budesonide. And then to observe the efficacy and the difference of clinical remission time, the average hospitalization time of two groups. Results After one course of treatment, the total effective rate of the research group was 95.31%, which was higher than 75% in the control group（P〈0.05）; the clinical remission time and the average hospitalization time of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ambroxol combinated with budesonide have obvious effect on bronchiolitis,which had certain clinical application value.
