| 摘 要： | 目的：探究水通道蛋白1（aquaporin一1，AQPl）及水通道蛋白8（aquaporin一8，AQP8）在病变宫颈上皮组织中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法、蛋白质印迹法对32例宫颈炎、95例宫颈癌及30例宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ患者AQPl、AQP8的表达进行检测并分析。结果：3组AQPl微血管密度及AQP8阳性表达率差异均具有统计学意义（P％0．05），且3组AQPl／甘油醛一3一磷酸脱氢酶（GAP—DH）、AQP8／GAPDH差异均具有统计学意义（P％0．05）；宫颈癌患者AQPl、AQP8的表达与临床分期、浸润深度、肿瘤直径等显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论：不同宫颈上皮组织病变程度的AQPl、AQP8表达差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05），且AQPl、AQP8在宫颈癌病情发生、发展过程中具有重要的临床病理意义。

| Abstract: | Objective= To explore the expression of aquaporin（AQP） 1 and aquaporin 8 in cervical intraepithelial neoclassic patients. Methods= The expression of AQP1 and AQP8 of 32 cervicitis cases, 95 cervical cancer cases and 30 cervicai intraepithelial neoplasia III cases were detected and analyzed by immu- nohistochemistry and western blot. Results= Microvessel density of AQP1, positive rates of AQP8, AQP1/GAPDH and AQP8/GAPDH of three groups were significant different （P0.05）. The expression of AQP1 and AQP8 of patients with cervical cancer was associated with clinical staging, depth of invasion, and tumor diameter significantly （P%0.05）.
