抽血室护士遭受工作场所暴力的现状调查

目的了解抽血室护士遭受工作场所暴力的情况。方法采用便利取样法,选取2012年7月至2013年7月海南5家三甲医院抽血室的122名护士为调查对象,采用工作场所暴力量表调查护士遭受工作场所暴力的发生率。使用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果在过去一年中遭受过工作场所暴力的护士高达71.3%,其中辱骂、威胁、骚扰性语言、性袭击、无损伤躯体攻击、轻度损伤躯体攻击、明显损伤躯体攻击、造成严重后的躯体攻击的发生率分别是71.3%、46.7%、31.1%、5.7%、18.9%、8.2%、3.3%、0.8%。结论抽血室护士遭遇工作场所暴力发生率高,甚至造成严重后果;工作场所暴力对护士心理、生理造成巨大伤害;心理暴力发生率高于生理暴力,需重视心理暴力对护士的消极影响;有必要对护士进行关于预防工作场所暴力的相关培训。

Survey of workplace violence on nurses in blood drawing room

Objective To describe the present situation of workplace violence on nurses in blood drawing room. Methods By convenient sampling, 122 nurses from five tertiary hospitals in Hainan were recruited to this study from July 2012 to July 2013. Questionaire form of workplace violence was used to measure workplace violence on nurses. SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the data. Results 71.3% of nurses suffered workplace violence during the past one year. The incidence of verbal abuse, threat, language harassment, sex assault, physical assault（non-injury）,physical assault（1ittle-injury）, physical assault（obvious-injury） and physical assault（severe-consequence） were71.3%, 46.7%, 31.1%, 5.7%, 18.9%, 8.2%, 3.3% and 0.8% respectively. Conclusion The incidence of workplace violence on nurses in blood drawing room was very high and caused severe consequence. Workplace violence had great harm on nurses physically and psychologically. The incidence of psychological violence was higher than that of physical violence. Hospital should pay attention to the importance of psychological violence. It＇s necessary to train nurses about how to prevent workplace violence.
