不同方法治疗扁平疣的疗效对比研究

目的：观察祛疣汤配合西药治疗及单纯西药治疗扁平疣（Verruca plana，VP）的疗效。方法选择2012年10月至2013年9月在我院皮肤科接受治疗的VP患者84例，随机将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各42例。观察组采用祛疣汤配合西药泛昔洛韦胶囊治疗，对照组仅使用西药治疗。评价两组患者的疗效，并在治疗前后测定两组患者的白介素2（IL-2）、白介素4（IL-4）和γ-干扰素（γ-IFN）水平。结果观察组治愈31例，显效8例，有效2例，无效1例，有效率为97.6%，对照组治愈22例，显效10例，有效2例，无效8例，有效率为81.0%，两组患者有效率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗前，两组IL-2、IL-4和γ-IFN水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05），但治疗后观察组IL-2、IL-4和γ-IFN分别为（5.4±0.7） ng/ml、（5.9±2.8）ng/ml和（37.2±13.5）ng/ml，对照组为（4.2±0.5） ng/ml、（7.3±3.1） ng/ml和（28.4±10.3） ng/ml，其差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论祛疣汤配合西药治疗扁平疣疗效显著，能显著改善患者的免疫功能，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Comparative study on the efficacy of different methods for the treatment of verruca plana

Objective To observe and explore the efficacy of Quyou decoction combined with western medi-cine Famciclovir capsules for the treatment of verruca plana （VP）. Methods Eighty-four patients with VP accepted treatment in our hospital from October 2012 to September 2013 were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly. 42 cases in the observation group were treated with Quyou decoction combined with western medicine, while the other 42 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine only. The efficacies of two groups were evaluated, and the levels of interleukin 2 （IL-2）, interleukin 4 （IL-4） andγ-interferon （γ-IFN） in the two groups were measured before and after treatment. Results Thirty-one cases were cured in the observation group and the numbers of remarkable effect, effect and inefficacy case were 8, 2, and 1 respectively. The effective rate was 97.6%. Meanwhile, 22 cases were cured in the control group and the numbers of remarkable effect, effect and inefficacy case were 10, 2, and 8 respectively. The effective rate was 81.0%. There was a statistical difference in effective rate be-tween the two groups （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there was no difference in IL-2, IL-4 andγ-IFN levels between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However, after treatment, the IL-2, IL-4 andγ-IFN levels were （5.4 ± 0.7） ng/ml, （5.9±2.8） ng/ml and （37.2±13.5） ng/ml in the observation group, comparing with （4.2±0.5） ng/ml, （7.3±3.1） ng/ml and （28.4±10.3） ng/ml in the control group, with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quyou decoction combined western medicine has a significant effect for VP, with a significantly improvement in patient＆#39;s immune function. Therefore, it＆#39;s worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
