| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16排螺旋CT及其后处理技术在胸骨骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院经16排螺旋CT诊断胸骨骨折的36例患者的影像资料，对其原始采集数据进行薄层重建后分别进行MPR及VR后处理，然后分别观察横断位、MPR及VR图像。结果36例胸骨骨折患者中横断位图像发现胸骨骨折31例，MPR成像发现36例，VR成像发现28例，横断位图像、MPR成像及VR成像诊断胸骨骨折检出率分别为86％、100％和78％。结论16排螺旋CT横断位图像结合MPR、VR成像等后处理技术在显示胸骨骨折中具有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of 16 slices CT and followed MPR, VR images in diagnosis of sternal fracture. Methods Thirty-six patients with sternal fracture underwent 16 slices CT scan were enrolled in this study, and all the transverse CT and MPR, VR images were retrospectively analyzed. Results 31 patients were diagnosed as sternal fracture by transverse images and MPR images confirmed 36 patients with sternal frac- ture, while VR image only showed 28 patients with sternal fracture, so their detectable rates were 86%, 100% and 78%, respectively. Conclusion 16 slices CT combined with MPR and VR images have obvious advantages in di- agnosis of sternal fracture. |
