后腹腔镜肾癌根治术对肾癌患者肿瘤标志物及炎性平衡状态的影响

目的：研究后腹腔镜肾癌根治术对肾癌患者肿瘤标志物及炎性平衡状态的影响。方法：选取于本院进行手术治疗的50例肾癌患者为研究对象，将50例患者随机分为对照组（开放性手术组）25例和观察组（后腹腔镜肾癌根治术组）25例，然后将两组手术前后的血清肿瘤标志物及抑炎、促炎指标进行检测与比较。结果：两组手术前后的血清肿瘤标志物比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但治疗后均低于治疗前，且观察组术后1、3d及5d的抑炎、促炎指标均好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：后腹腔镜肾癌根治术对肾癌患者肿瘤标志物的控制效果与开放性手术一样，但是在炎性损伤控制方面效果更佳。

Influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for the tumor markers and in- flammatory balance state of patients with renal carcinoma

Objective： ,To study and observe the influence of retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for the tumor markers and inflammatory balance state of patients with renal carcinoma. Methods.A total of 50 operative patients with renal carcinoma in our hospital from May 2011 to April 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group（open operation group, n= 25 cases） and observation group（retroperitoneal laparoscopie radical nephrectomy group, n= 25 cases） , then the serum tumor mark- ers and anti-inflammatory, pro-inflammatory indexes of two groups before and after the operation were compared. Results：The serum tumor markers of two groups before and after the operation all had no sig- nificant differences,while after the operation those levels were all lower than those before the operation, and the anti-inflammatory, pro-inflammatory indexes of observation group at lst,3rd and 5th day after the operation were all better than those of control group. Conclusion,The control effect of retroperitoneal lapa- roscopic radical nephrectomy for the tumor markers are similar to that of open operation,and anti-inflam-matory effects are better
