射干药材最佳干燥温度的研究

摘    要:目的 对不同干燥温度的射干药材的各项指标进行比较分析,以确定最佳干燥温度.方法 以所含水分、有效成分含量及醇溶性浸出物含量为考察指标,综合评价,优选干燥温度.结果 不同干燥温度的射干药材含水量、有效成分含量及醇溶性浸出物含量存在明显差异,其中50℃干燥的药材含水量最高,依次减低,90℃干燥的药材含水量最低;60℃干燥的药材次野鸢尾黄素含量最高,依次为50℃、90℃、70℃、80℃;50℃醇溶性浸出物含量最高,依次为60℃、80℃、70℃、90℃.结论 综合比较,射干的最佳干燥温度为60℃.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE compare and analyze various indicators of medicinal powder samples for Belamcan- da chinensis on different drying temperature and determine the optimum drying temperature. METHODS The dr- ying temperature using the moisture content, effective components content and ethanolsoluble extractives content as the indicators were comprehensively evaluated and choosed. RESULTS There were significant differences between the moisture content, effective components content and ethanolsoluble extractives content of different Belameanda. chinensis-crude drugs on different-drying temperatures. Among which, the moisture content of the crude drugs with the drying temperature of 50℃ was the highest, then deceasing successively, and the moisture content of the crude drugs with the drying temperature of 90℃ was the lowest;the irisflorentin content of the crude drugs with the drying temperature of 60℃ was the highest, then 50℃ ,90℃ ,70℃, 80℃ ;the ethanolsoluble extractives of the crude drugs with the dryingtemperature of 50℃ was the highest,then was 60℃ ,80℃ ,70℃ ,90℃. CONCLUSION Compared compr,'hensively,the optimum drying temperature of Belamcanda chinensis is 60℃.
