不同手术方式对肾结石患者机体应激及炎性状态的影响

目的：比较不同手术方式对肾结石患者机体应激及炎性状态的影响。方法：选取本院收治的90例肾结石患者为研究对象，将90例患者根据手术方式分为A组（开放性手术组）45例和B组（微创经皮肾穿刺取石术组）45例，然后将两组术前1d和术后1、3、7d的血清应激激素、白介素及其他炎性指标进行比较。结果：B组术后l、3、7d的血清应激激素、白介素及其他炎性指标均低于A组，且E3组术后3d的检测水平均明显高于本组术前1d和术后1、7d，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：微创经皮肾穿刺取石术对肾结石患者机体应激及炎性状态的不良影响明显小于开放性手术，更为适用于肾结石总着的治疴，

Comparison of influence of different operation methods for the body stress and inflammatory state of patients with renal calculus

Objective. To compare the influence of different operation methods for the body stress and inflammatory state of patients with renal calculus. Methods. Totally 90 renal calculus cases were se- lected as research object,and 90 cases were divided into group A （open operation group, n=45 cases） and group B（minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy group, n= 45 cases） by the operation methods, then the serum stress hormones,interleukin and other inflammatory indexes of two groups at first day be- fore the operation and at first,third and seventh day after the operation were analyzed and compared. Re- suits. The serum stress hormones,interleukin and other inflammatory indexes of group B at first,third and seventh day after the operation were all significantly lower than those of group A,and those detection lev- els of group B were all obviously higher than those at first day before the operation and at first and seventh day after the operation （P%0.05）. Conclusion.The negative influence of minimally invasive percutaneousnephrolithotomy on the body stress and inflammatory state of patients with rena those undergoing open operation,so it is more suitable for the treatment of rena calculus are smaller than calculus.
