增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的观察增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病患者的疗效。方法从惠东县人民医院选取160例糖尿病肾病患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各80例，对照组采用普通药物治疗，观察组采用普通药物联合增强型体外反搏治疗，对两组患者的血糖水平及其尿糖含量进行检测并统计分析。结果对照组患者治疗后的血糖平均水平为（7．43±3．1）mmol／L，血糖回归正常水平患者22例（27．5％），而观察组患者治疗后血糖平均水平为（5．52±2．8）mmol／L，血糖回归正常水平者53例（66．25％），两组治疗后血糖水平及血糖正常人数比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组患者治疗后的尿糖水平恢复正常21例（26．2％），而观察组为54例（67．5％），两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用普通药物联合增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病患者疗效明显，值得临床上进一步完善推广应用。

Effect of enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the effectiveness of enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 160 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the People＇s Hospital of Huidong were selected and divided into two groups according to the therapeutic methods. The patients in the control group （n=80） were treated with oral medication and the patients in the observation group （n=80） were treated with oral medication and enhanced external eounterpulsation. The blood glucose level and urine glucose level of patients in both group were tested and analyzed. Results After the treatment, there were significant differences in the average blood glucose of patients and the number of patients with euglycemia between the control group and the observation group （7.43±3.1） mmol/L vs （5.52±2.8） mmol/L, 22 vs 53, P〈0.05]. There was significant difference in the number of patients with normal urine glucose level between the control group and the observation group （21 vs 54, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The enhanced external counterpulsation combined with oral medication is effective in clinic and worthy of wide application.
