乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效评价

目的：评价乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取我院2013年5月至2013年12月期间门诊诊治的160例患者，所有患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各80例，观察组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，对照组采用阴道放置双唑泰栓，两组患者连续治疗7d为一个疗程，共治疗4个疗程，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果观察组治愈有效率为93.8%，对照组为73.8%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗1个月后，观察组复发5例（6.25%），对照组复发13例（16.25%），两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗2个月后，观察组复发11例（13.75%），对照组复发29例（36.25%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组不良反应率为3.75%，对照组不良反应率为20.00%，两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊能够有效的应用于治疗细菌性阴道病，并且治疗后的不良反应及复发率均较低。

Application effectiveness and safety of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in bacterial vaginosis

Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness and safety of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in bacterial vaginosis. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients with bacterial vaginosis in our clinic be-tween May 2013 to December 2013 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by therapeutic methods. Patients in the observation group were cured by lactobacillus vagina capsule, while those in the control group were treated with metronidazole clotrimazole. All patients were continuously given four courses with 7 days in each course. Then the treatment effect was reviewed. Results The cure effective rate in the observation group was 93.8% and it was 73.8% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. One month after the treatment, patients in the observation group had a recurrence of 5 cases （6.25%）, while there were 5 cases （16.25%） in the control group. There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between these two groups （P〉0.05）. Two months after treatment, there were 11 cases （13.75%） and 29 cases （36.25%） of the recurrence patients in the observation group and the control group respectively, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. The patients with adverse reactions in the observation group was 3 cases （3.25%） and it was 16 cases （20%） in the control group, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The lactobacillus vaginal capsules, which had lower recurrence rate and adverse reactions after treatment, showes higher efficiency in the treatment of women bacterial vaginal.
