琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合赖诺普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的效果评价

目的评价琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合赖诺普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将108例观察对象随机分为观察组和对照组各54例，前者给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合赖诺普利进行治疗，后者仅给予赖诺普利，治疗结束后比较两种治疗方法的效果。结果治疗前，两组患者的左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）及每分心输出量（CO）比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后，两组患者的LVEDD均显著下降，LVEF、CO显著提高，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组上述指标好于对照组，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前，两组患者的心率、收缩压（SBP）及舒张压（DBP）比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后，两组患者的心率、SBP及DBP均显著下降，其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组上述指标低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合赖诺普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭相对于单独用药疗效更佳，值得借鉴推广。

Curative effect of metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet combined with lisinopril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the curative effect ofmetoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet combined with lisinopril in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic congestive heart failure were equally divided into treatment group, which were treated with metoprolol sueeinate sustdined-release tablet, and control group, which were treated with lisinopril tablet. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in LVEDD, LVEF and CO between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the LVEDD was significantly decreased, and LVEF and CO significantly increased in both groups （P〈0.05）, and these indicators were of statistically significant between the observation and control group （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the heart rate, systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the HR, SBP and DBP were significantly decreased in both groups （P〈0.05）, and these indicators in the observation group were statistically significant lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Administration of metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet plus the conventional therapy can significantly improve the cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure and is worthy of clinical application.
