曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛168例临床疗效观察

目的：探讨盐酸曲美他嗪治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法采用双盲法随机将168例稳定型心绞痛患者分成对照组和观察组，两组各84例。对照组采用常规西药治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加服盐酸曲美他嗪。比较两组的疗效、治疗前后心电图和运动耐量改善情况及不良反应。结果观察组发作次数和持续时间分别为（1.04±0.68）次和（2.20±1.15） min，显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）；ST段降低导联和下降电压总和分别为（1.88±0.95） mV和（0.91±0.66） mV，显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）；6 min步行距离和LVEF分别为（374.22±42.39） m和（66.01±9.31）%，显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；不良反应率为2.35%，与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论常规西药治疗基础上服用曲美他嗪，能显著改善稳定型心绞痛患者心肌缺血，缓解临床症状，治疗后运动耐量好，疗效确切。

Clinical efficacy of Trimetazidine on 168 cases of stable angina pectoris.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Trimetazidine on 168 cases with sta-ble angina pectoris treatment. Methods One hundred sixty eight patients with stable angina were randomly divided in-to control group and observation group by double blind methods with 84 cases in each one. The control group was treat-ed with conventional western medicine treatment while the observation group was given additional Trimetazidine. vThe two groups were compared with efficacy, electrocardiogram and exercise tolerance and adverse reaction of before and af-ter treatment. Results The occurring frequency and persisting time of angina pectoris in the observation groups were （1.04 ± 0.68） and （2.20±1.15） min respectively, which were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The drop and sum of the ST segment depression lead voltage in the observation groups were （1.88 ± 0.95） mV and （0.91 ± 0.66） mV, which were significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The 6min walking distance and LVEF%in the observation groups were （374.22±42.39） min and （66.01±9.31）%respectively, which were signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total adverse reaction rate was 2.35%, with no significant difference compared to the control groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The treatment of stable angina pectoris with con-ventional western medicine combined with Trimetazidine could significantly improve ischemia, relieve clinical symp-toms and improve exercise tolerance.
