大枣红色素最佳提取工艺条件的研究

摘    要:目的本文概述了大枣红色素的研究现状,化学成分,研究了大枣红色素的提取工艺。方法与结果通过实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件:T=70℃,80%乙醇溶液,配料比1∶16,提取液在pH=6近乎中性条件下提取效果最好。结论采用该工艺提取,红色素的最高含量达79%。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To summarize the research status actual conditions and chemical ingredient of heamatochrome in fructus. To research its extraction process Jujuba. METHODS and RESULTS The optimum extraction process was emcured by experiment: T = 70℃,80% ethanol,the proportion of materials is 1 ∶ 16,pH =6. CONCLUSION According to this process,the content of heamatochrom is up to 79%.
