不同年份沉香药材镇痛作用的比较

目的：观察5、8、12、15年不同年份沉香药材镇痛作用的差异，并进行对比研究。方法采用热板法和扭体法作为镇痛实验模型，通过测定小鼠热板致痛的痛阈值和醋酸致痛的扭体次数，比较各年份沉香药材的镇痛作用。结果实验数据显示，阳性药（罗通定）及5、8、12、15年沉香药材组均可显著延长小鼠热板痛阈值，减少扭体次数，与空白组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），且各年份药材组在给药120 min后可显著延长小鼠热板反应的时间（P〈0.01）。其中8年沉香药材组对小鼠热板致痛和醋酸致痛的镇痛效果明显高于5年、15年组（P〈0.05）及12年、罗通定组（P〉0.05）。结论沉香药材镇痛药效与年份有关，但并不是随着年份的增长而增强，并且对内脏痉挛性疼痛的镇痛作用较敏感，而对于体表物理性疼痛发挥镇痛作用需要较长时间。

Comparative study on analgesic effects of different years of Chinese Eaglewood

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of 5、8、12、15 years group of Chinese Eaglewood on mice through an experiment, and to make a comparative study. Methods Hotplate procedure and torsion body method were used as analgesic experimental model to compare the analgesic effect of different years of Chinese Eagle-wood, by measuring the pain threshold caused by hot plate and acetic acidinduced stretch in mice. Results The experimental data showed that 5 years, 8 years, 12 years, 15 years Eaglewood group and Rotundine group all could prolong the pain threshold induced by hotplate and reduce the times of writhing reactions of mice compared with the blank group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Moreover, each year group at 120 min could remarkably prolong the pain threshold of hot plate in mice （P〈0.01）. 8 years group of Chinese Eaglewood had significant analgesic effect for the pain caused by hotplate and acetic acid in mice and the analgesic effect was significantly higher than 5 years, 15 years group （P〈0.05） and 12 years group, Rotundine group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese Englewood＇s analgesic effect is associated with the year, but did not strengthened with the increase of the year. The Chinese Englewood is more sensitive to the visceral spasm pain and it requires a long time to play the role of anal-gesic efficacy for surface physical pain .
