固尔苏对肺透明膜病早产儿呼吸机治疗条件影响的观察

目的观察固尔苏(PS)对降低早产儿肺透明膜病(HMD)呼吸机治疗条件的临床效果。方法对24例患HMD的早产儿在呼吸机治疗的基础上,给予气管内注入PS,并与同期单纯用呼吸机治疗的36例HMD患儿进行对照,观察两组患儿的呼吸机条件及预后。结果治疗组高吸气峰压时间、高平均气道压时间、高吸氧浓度时间、上机时间均较对照组明显缩短,病死率降低,差异均有极显著意义。结论固尔苏治疗早产儿HMD可明显降低呼吸机治疗条件并改善预后。

Effects on the breath machine treatment condition of Curosurf on the hyaline membrane disease of premature infants

Objective:To observe the clinical result on lower the breath machine treatment condition of Curosurf on the hyaline membrane disease of premature infants.Methods:To observe the projection and breath machine treatment condition, 24 premature infants who suffer from the HMD were given the infusion PS inside the windpipe and treated by use of the breath machine, and set against with 36 HMD's premature infants who treated simply by the breath machine same period.Results:The time of high PIP、high MAP、high FiO2 and using breath machine in treatment group was shorter obviously than control group. And the rate of death was lower than control group. Significant difference was found between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Curosurf on the HMD of the premature infants can lower obviously the breath machine treatment condition and improve projection.
