| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基于消化性溃疡临床路径的健康教育方法及其实施效果。方法将160例消化性溃疡患者随机分为试验组和对照组，各80例，试验组采用基于临床路径的程序化健康教育模式，对照组采用常规诊疗护理模式。结果出院时，试验组患者对疾病知识掌握程度、对医疗护理满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者的平均住院日、治愈率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用基于临床路径的健康教育模式更有利于消化性溃疡患者的照护与康复。
