摘    要:目的:研究七叶皂甙钠对四氯化碳(CCl4) 导致大鼠肝损伤的影响.方法:大鼠用15?l4石蜡油溶液皮下注射4次(每隔3天一次)造模引起肝损伤.在造模前三天开始以七叶皂甙钠腹腔注射给药,直至实验结束.末次注射CCl4后16小时检测血清ALT、AST水平,第二天取肝测丙二醛(MDA) 含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,并作组织病理学检查.结果:七叶皂甙钠组能保护CCl4引起的大鼠肝损伤,表现为血清ALT、AST活力和肝脏MDA含量下降,以及肝脏SOD活性增高,同时其肝脏病变较造模组为轻.结论:七叶皂甙钠对CCl4致大鼠肝损伤具有保护作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effect of sodium acscinate (SA) against CCl 4-induced hepatotoxicity in rats. Methods: Fifty SD male rats were randomized into 5 groups: normal control group,CCl 4-injured group,low dose group (CCl 4-injured SA 5.0mg/kg/day),medium dose group(CCl 4-injured SA 10.0mg/kg/day) and high dose group(CCl 4-injured SA 20.0mg/kg/day). 15% CCl 4 paraffin oil was given 4 times(once every 3 days) sc. SA was given ip 3 days prior to CCl 4 injury.Serum ALT and AST were determined 16h after CCl 4 injury.Hepatic MDA and SOD were also detected in the second day.And the pathological examination of liver was performed at last. Results: In SA treated groups,the liver SOD activity increased and the increases of serum ALT,AST activities and liver MDA level were inhibited obviously. And the lesions in liver lobule were ameliorated obviously. Conclusion: Sodium acscinate can protect against CCl 4-induced hepatotoxicity in rats.
