前列腺移行细胞癌的诊断与治疗(附6例报告)

目的:探讨提高前列腺移行细胞癌的诊治水平的方法.方法:分析6例前列腺移行细胞癌的诊治方法及预后,结合文献讨论诊治方案.结果:6例患者中原发性移性细胞癌1例,与膀胱癌伴发的前列腺移性细胞癌5例.接受手术、化疗等综合治疗后,1例原发患者术后12个月死于肿瘤转移, 1例5个月后死亡,3例分别于术后9、10和17个月死于肿瘤转移,1例发生肺转移生存至今22个月.结论:多中心、多次复发以及三角区、颈部的膀胱移行细胞癌和原位癌易并发前列腺移行细胞癌,前列腺移行细胞癌预后差, 早期诊断和根治性切除有助于提高生存率.

Diagnosis and treatment of transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate (Report of 6 cases)

Objective:To study the management of transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate.Methods:Clinical data of six cases of transitional cell carcinoma involving the prostate were presented with review of the literature.Results:Of the 6 cases, one case was primary transitional cell carcinoma of the prostate, the other five were companied with bladder TCC. After treatment with surgery and chemotherapy , the primary case died within 12 months. Of the other five cases, one died within 5 months, 3 cases died within 9 months, 10 months and 17 months respectively, one has already survived 22 months postoperatively but with lung metastasis.Conclusions:Patients with carcinoma of multi-focal and recrudescence, and in situ of trigone or bladder neck revealed significantly higher incidence of prostate involvement. The prognosis of the prostate TCC is poor. Early diagnosis and radical surgery are the only option available to increase life expectancy for these patients.
