| 摘 要： | 本文总结了经手术病理证实的４１例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的超声诊断结果，符合率９２．３％（３８／４１）。还就其图像分型、鉴别诊断及诊断价值等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Forty one cases of malignant trophoblastic tumor which were confirmed by pathological examinations were reviewed. The diagnostic correspondence rate by sonography was 92.3%(38/41 ). The image patterns, types of tumor, differential diagnosis and diagnostic value of sonography were also explored in this paper. |
