医院感染信息预警监测系统的实践及创新

目的 解决医院感染实时监测问题,实现感染病例智能化识别与预警,并进行实时干预及反馈,提高监测效率,全面提升医院感染防控水平。方法 采用PDCA设计理念研发医院感染监控系统,结合实际工作经验,利用计算机网络技术,设计并开发医院感染实时监控系统。结果 实现了住院患者全程监测、疑似病例智能预警，通过建立信息交互平台，使专职人员与临床医护人员共同参与感染诊断，形成完整的医院感染管理网络系统。结论 通过高效预警机制和临床干预-反馈机制,实现了感染防控的“关口前移”，提高了医院感染管理质量、监控水平和工作效率，开创医院感染防控新模式。
