女性抑郁患者不同人口学变量和婚姻质量的研究

目的 探讨不同人口学变量和婚姻质量对女性抑郁的影响.方法 选取华北理工大学附属开滦精神卫生中心收治的女性抑郁患者120例为观察组,并根据抑郁严重程度指数分为重度抑郁66例,中度抑郁36例,轻度抑郁18例.选取同期来本中心进行身体检测的健康女性120例为对照组,应用自制人口学变量调查表、Locke-Wal-lace婚姻调适测定量表和抑郁自评量表(SDS),对两组进行问卷调查和量表检测.结果 观察组婚姻质量总分低于对照组(P<0.05),SDS评分则高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组不同人口学变量SDS评分具有明显差异,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同程度抑郁女性婚姻质量评分差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).Pearson相关分析结果显示,在控制了人口学各变量以后,抑郁程度可明显预测其婚姻质量.结论 婚姻质量对女性抑郁水平有着显著预测作用,较好的婚姻质量对减轻女性抑郁患者的抑郁程度具有重要意义.

A Study on Different Demographic Variables and Marital Quality in Female Patients with Depression

Objective To investigate effects of different demographic variables and marriage quality on female patients with depression. Methods A total of 120 female patients with depression were selected as observation group, and were divided into severe depression (n=66), depression (n=36) and mild depression (n=18) subgroups accord-ing to severe degree of depression, and other 120 healthy women taking medical examination at the same period were se-lected as control group. Self-made demographic variables questionnaire, Locke-Wallace marital adjustment measurement scale and self-rating depression scale ( SDS) were performed in two groups, and results were observed and compared. Results In observation group, total scores of marriage quality were lower ( P<0. 05 ) , while SDS scores were higher than those in control group (P<0. 05);There were significant differences in SDS scores in patients with different demo-graphic variables (P<0. 05); marriage quality scores of different depression women were statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Pearson correlation analysis showed that depression degree could significantly predict marriage quality after con-trolling the demographic variables. Conclusion Marriage quality has significant prediction effect on depression degree of females, and better marriage quality is important to decrease the depression degree in female patients with depression.
