针药结合对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后康复治疗的效果观察

目的 观察针药结合对冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后康复的影响.方法 选取2012年1月—2016年10月就诊的冠心病PCI术后患者60例,按照治疗方法不同分为针药组和常规药物组,每组30例,常规药物组按指南进行规范化治疗,针药组在常规药物组基础上给予益气复脉针法和中药汤剂,均连续治疗12周.观察两组治疗前后中医症状、代谢当量及左室射血分数的变化.结果 两组治疗前中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组中医症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),针药组各项症状评分均低于常规药物组(P<0.05).针药组治疗后代谢当量及左室射血分数显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗后针药组显著高于常规药物组(P<0.01).结论 针药结合能有效改善冠心病PCI术后患者的临床症状及心功能,提高活动耐力,改善生活质量.

Effect Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Medicine in Rehabilitation of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To observe effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI) . Methods A total of 60 patients with coro-nary heart disease after PCI during January 2012 and October 2016 were divided into acupuncture combined with medicine group (n=30) and routine drug group (n=30) according to different treatment methods. Routine drug group received standard treatment according to the guideline, while acupuncture combined with medicine group was added with Yiqi Fu-mai acupuncture and decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of standard treatment. All patients were trea-ted for 12 weeks continuously. Changes of TCM symptoms, metabolic equivalent and left ventricular ejection fraction were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in TCM symptom score in two groups before treatment (P>0. 05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms were lower than those before treat-ment in two groups (P<0. 05), and index symptom scores in acupuncture combined with medicine group were lower than those (P<0. 05). After treatment, values of metabolic equivalent and left ventricular ejection fraction were significant higher in acupuncture combined with medicine group than those before treatment (P<0. 01), and the above indexes after treatment in acupuncture combined with medicine group were significantly higher than those in routine drug group ( P<0. 01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with medicine can effectively improve clinical symptoms, cardiac function, exercise tolerance and quality of life of coronary heart disease patients after stenting.
