氨溴索防治早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨氨溴索（沐舒坦）预防和治疗早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（RDS）的临床效果。方法 90例早产儿入院随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。2组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用沐舒坦。观察2组早产儿在24h内RDS的发生率、并发症发生率和发生RDS后机械通气开始时间、机械通气时间、下机后氧疗时间等。结果 观察组发生RDS 5例,发生率为11.1%;对照组发生RDS 12例,发生率为26.7%,2组发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组并发症发生率为28.9%低于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组机械通气时间及下机后氧疗时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 沐舒坦防治早产儿RDS效果显著,简便易行,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation of ambroxol in premature children with respiratory distress syndrome

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ambroxol in premature children with respiratory distress syndrome（RDS）.Methods 90 cases of premature children were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases of each.Two groups were given conventional treatment;On the basis of conventional therapy,the observation group was added ambroxol.Observed the incidence of RDS,incidence of complications,mechanical ventilation start time,duration of mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy time of two groups within 24h.Results The observation group occurred RDS 5 cases,the incidence was 11.1%;In the control group occurred RDS 12 cases,the incidence was 26.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The complication rate of observer group（28.9%） was lower than that of the control group（77.8%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The mechanical ventilation time and oxygen therapy time of observation group were shorter than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol in premature children RDS has a good effect,simple,convenient,and is worthy of clinical application.
