国家基本药物不良反应报告1170例分析

目的了解国家基本药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2010年1～6月湖南省药品不良反应监测中心收到的ADR报告1170例进行统计与分析。结果 1170例ADR报告中,男女之比为1.1∶1.0,年龄分布主要集中在40～59岁;共涉及126种药物,以头孢菌素类为主,其次为中成药;静脉滴注所致ADR居首位,其次为口服;累及的系统或器官以消化系统、皮肤及其附件为主;110例严重ADR中,以过敏反应发生率最高,其次为过敏性休克;ADR主要来自医师的报告,其次为药师,护士居第3位。结论临床工作中应密切关注国家基本药物ADR,加强ADR监测和报告,以确保临床安全、有效、合理地应用药物。

Analysis of 1170 national basic adverse drug reaction cases

Objective To investigate the situation and characteristics of national basic adverse drug reaction（ADR）,in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods 1170 national basic ADR cases,which were collected from Hunan drug evaluation,certification and ADR monitoring center during January to June,2010,were analyzed statistically.Results Of 1170 ADR cases,the ratio of males to females was 1.1∶ 1.0,while age group of 40~59 years old showed large proportion;A total of 126 kinds of drugs were involved,and the main was cephalosporins,followed by Chinese patent drugs;ADR caused by intravenous infusion was in the first place,and that caused by oral administration was the second;The main system or organ involved were digestive system,skin or accessories;In 110 serious ADR cases,the incidence rate of allergic reaction was the highest,followed by allergic shock;Doctor′s report was the major sourse of ADR,followed by pharmacist,and nurse was the third one.Conclusion We should pay close attention to the basic medicine ADR and strengthen ADR monitoring and reporting,in order to ensure clinical safe,effective and rational drug use.
